  • The Certificate of Inspection form includes information about the installation location, type of transmission equipment, number of antennas, total transmission power, operating frequency band, and height of each antenna.
  • The Declaration for base stations not included in the compulsory inspection list provides similar information to the Certificate of Inspection but does not require confirmation from the inspection organization.
  • The Report on the list of declared base stations in a quarter includes installation location, base station code, and detailed technical information about each base station.
  • The Report on the inspection status of base stations summarizes the number of base stations proposed for inspection, those issued with certificates, and those not issued with certificates.
  • These forms help ensure compliance with national technical standards regarding radiation safety from public ground-based mobile phone base stations.

🌐 이 문서의 사회적 영향

  • Assist telecommunication enterprises in complying with legal regulations on the inspection of telecommunication equipment.
  • Provide accurate and complete information to state management agencies about the operation status of public ground-based mobile phone base stations.
  • Ensure radiation safety for people living near base stations.

❓ 자주 묻는 질문

Are these forms mandatory to use?

Yes, according to the regulations of the Ministry of Information and Communications, these forms are mandatory to ensure compliance with national technical standards regarding radiation safety from public ground-based mobile phone base stations.

What should be done if a base station does not receive an inspection certificate?

In this case, the enterprise must address the issues identified during the inspection and resubmit the application for issuance of the Inspection Certificate.
