CIRCULAR

Regulations on economic and technical norms for preventive healthcare services in the fields of occupational health, environmental health, and school health at public healthcare facilities

Pursuant to the Price Law dated June 19, 2023;

Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2024/NĐ-CP dated July 10, 2024 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Price Law;

Pursuant to Decree No. 60/2021/NĐ-CP dated June 21, 2021 of the Government stipulating the financial autonomy mechanism for public service units;

Pursuant to Decree No. 95/2022/NĐ-CP dated November 15, 2022 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

At the proposal of the Director of the Preventive Health Department;

The Minister of Health issues this Circular to regulate economic and technical norms for preventive healthcare services in the fields of occupational health, environmental health, and school health at public healthcare facilities.

Article 1. Scope of Regulation

This Circular regulates economic and technical norms for preventive healthcare services in the fields of occupational health, environmental health, and school health at public healthcare facilities.

Article 2. Economic and technical norms for preventive healthcare services in the fields of occupational health, environmental health, and school health at public healthcare facilities

Attached to this Circular are 224 economic and technical norms for preventive healthcare services in the fields of occupational health, environmental health, and school health at public healthcare facilities.

Article 3. Effectiveness

This Circular takes effect from March 4, 2025.

Article 4. Responsibilities for Implementation

The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Head of the Department of Planning and Finance, the Director of the Preventive Healthcare Bureau, the Heads of units under and affiliated with the Ministry of Health; the Directors of Provincial and Central City Health Departments, and related agencies, organizations, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular.

During implementation, if there are difficulties or obstacles, agencies, organizations, and individuals are requested to promptly report in writing to the Ministry of Health (Preventive Medicine Department) for consideration and resolution./.
