CIRCULAR
Abolishingthe entire of one legal document issued by the National Audit Office
Based on the Law on National Audit No. 81/2015/QH13, amended and supplemented by Law No. 55/2019/QH14;
Based on the Law on Issuing Legal Documents No. 64/2025/QH15, amended and supplemented by Law No. 87/2025/QH15;
Based on Circular No. 78/2025/NĐ-CP dated April 1, 2025 of the Government, detailing certain provisions and measures to organize, guide, and implement the Law on Issuing Legal Documents amended and supplemented by Circular No. 187/2025/NĐ-CP;
In accordance with the proposal of the Head of the Legislative Affairs Department;
The National Audit Office issues this Circular abolishing in its entirety Decision No. 879/2006/QĐ-KTNN dated November 30, 2006 by the National Audit Office promulgating the Action Program to Combat Corruption for the National Audit.

Article 2. Implementation Clause
This Circular shall take effect on May 1, 2026. Heads of units under the National Audit Office and relevant organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
