REGARDING THE APPOINTMENT OF THE DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF THE HA GIANG TAX BRANCH
THE MINISTER OF FINANCE
- Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government stipulating the tasks, powers, and state management responsibilities of Ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decision No. 178/CP dated October 28, 1994 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Finance;
- Based on the opinion of the People's Committee of Ha Giang Province expressed in Circular No. 645/CV/UB dated December 27, 1994 regarding the reinforcement of leadership cadres at the Ha Giang Tax Branch;
- At the proposal of the General Director of the General Department of Taxation, the Head of the Cadre and Civil Service Affairs Division, and the Training Division,
Pursuant to …;
Article 1: Accept and appoint Mr. Hoang Dinh Cuong, staff member of the Office of the People's Committee of Ha Giang Province, to the position of Deputy Director of the Ha Giang Tax Branch.
Article 2: Mr. Hoang Dinh Cuong shall be entitled to the deputy director position allowance with a coefficient of 0.50.
Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The General Director of the General Department of Taxation, the Head of the Cadre and Civil Service Affairs Division, the Director of the Ha Giang Tax Branch, the Chief of the Ministry's Office, and Mr. Hoang Dinh Cuong are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
