DECREE
REGARDING THE ESTABLISHMENT OF PHUONG DONG LE AND PHUONG DONG LUONG
IN THE TOWN OF DONG HA, QUANG TRI PROVINCE

THE GOVERNMENT
Pursuant to the Government Organization Law dated September 30, 1992;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF QUANG TRI PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE:
Article 1. PHUONG DONG LE AND PHUONG DONG LUONG IN THE TOWN OF DONG HA, QUANG TRI PROVINCE ARE ESTABLISHED AS FOLLOWS:
1. PHUONG DONG LE IS ESTABLISHED ON THE BASIS OF THE ENTIRE AREA AND POPULATION OF XA TRIEU LE.
PHUONG DONG LE HAS AN AREA OF 919.62 HA AND A POPULATION OF 5,197.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF PHUONG DONG LE: EAST ADJACENT TO PHUONG DONG LUONG AND TRIEU PHONG DISTRICT; WEST ADJACENT TO PHUONG 2, PHUONG 3 AND PHUONG 5; SOUTH ADJACENT TO PHUONG DONG LUONG; NORTH ADJACENT TO PHUONG DONG GIANG AND TRIEU PHONG DISTRICT.
2. PHUONG DONG LUONG IS ESTABLISHED ON THE BASIS OF THE ENTIRE AREA AND POPULATION OF XA TRIEU LUONG.
PHUONG DONG LUONG HAS AN AREA OF 1,969.21 HA AND A POPULATION OF 6,432.
THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF PHUONG DONG LUONG: EAST AND SOUTH ADJACENT TO TRIEU PHONG DISTRICT; WEST ADJACENT TO PHUONG DONG LE AND PHUONG 3; NORTH ADJACENT TO PHUONG DONG LE AND TRIEU PHONG DISTRICT.
Article 2. THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS DATE OF ISSUANCE. ALL PRIOR PROVISIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECREE SHALL BE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF QUANG TRI PROVINCE, THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION-CIVIL SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT, AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AUTHORITIES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE.
