Pursuant to Decree No. 74/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises, and Decree No. 38/CP dated April 28, 1997 of the Government amending and supplementing certain provisions of Decree No. 50/CP;
At the proposal of the Board of Directors of the General Corporation of Power Machinery and Agricultural Machinery (document No. 03/MĐL-NN-TC dated January 22, 1999) and the Director of the Department of Organization and Cadres,
DECISION:
Article 1. The merger of Factory No. 3 for Spare Parts into Company No. 2 for Machine Spare Parts (NAKYNO) under the General Corporation of Power Machinery and Agricultural Machinery. Company No. 2 for Machine Spare Parts (NAKYNO) assumes the role of the Vietnamese partner in the joint venture KUMBA.
Article 2. The main business activities of Company No. 2 for Machine Spare Parts (NAKYNO) after the merger are: the production of spare parts for internal combustion engines, agricultural machinery, export mechanical products, and various types of machine spare parts.
Article 3. The General Director of the General Corporation of Power Machinery and Agricultural Machinery is responsible for organizing and directing the transfer of Factory No. 3 for Spare Parts in its current condition to the General Director of Company No. 2 for Machine Spare Parts (NAKYNO) in accordance with the regulations of the State.
Article 4. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature. The previous Decision No. 278/QĐ-TCCBĐT dated May 22, 1993 of the Heavy Industry Ministry is hereby repealed.
Article 5. The Head of the Office of the Ministry, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of the functional Departments of the Ministry, the Board of Directors and the General Director of the General Corporation of Power Machinery and Agricultural Machinery, the General Director of Factory No. 3 for Spare Parts, and the General Director of Company No. 2 for Machine Spare Parts (NAKYNO) are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
