Regarding the organization system of Animal Quarantine Stations at the border gates in Lang Son Province
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Article 42 of the Veterinary Law on State management of veterinary work;
Pursuant to Clause 7 of the Implementation Regulations of the Veterinary Law issued together with Decree No. 93/CP dated November 27, 1993 of the Government;
Pursuant to Decision No. 875/NN-TCCB/QD dated June 24, 1996 of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development on specific tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Department of Animal Health;
Pursuant to Article 7 of the Interim Agreement on the handling of matters in the border areas between the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the People's Republic of China;
CONSIDERING the proposal of the Director of the Department of Animal Health, Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Affairs Department,
DECISION:
Article 1.Directs the Department of Animal Health to directly perform animal quarantine tasks for exported, imported, temporarily imported for re-export, and transiting animals and animal products at border gates in Lang Son Province including border gates: Friendship, Dong Dang, Tan Thanh, White Gate, Chima, and Binh Ni.
Article 2.This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. All previous regulations contrary to this Decision are abolished.
Article 3.The Director of the Department of Animal Health, the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Affairs Department, and the Heads of relevant units under the Ministry shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
