Regarding the establishment of Vi Thanh Meteorological Station in Hau Giang Province
MINISTER OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT
Pursuant to Decree No. 91/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 11, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;
Pursuant to the proposal of the Director of the National Hydro-meteorological Center, the Head of the Hydro-meteorology Department, and the Head of the Cadre and Personnel Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Establish the Vi Thanh Meteorological Station under the Southern Region Hydro-meteorological Service of the National Hydro-meteorological Center.
The location of the Station is in Vi Tan Commune, Vi Thanh City, Hau Giang Province, geographic coordinates: 9o49'04" North Latitude and 105o27'42" East Longitude.
Article 2. The tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Vi Thanh Meteorological Station shall be stipulated by the Director of the National Hydro-meteorological Center.
Article 3. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Head of the Ministry's Office, the Heads of the Hydro-meteorology Department, the Planning and Finance Department, the Cadre and Personnel Department, and the Director of the National Hydro-meteorological Center are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
