DECISION OF THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

Regarding the issuance of Industry Standards: Sanitation Standards for Various Types of Toilets.

THE MINISTER OF HEALTH

Based on the Law on Health Protection for the People dated November 7, 1989;

Pursuant to Decree No. 49/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 15, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;

Based on Decision No. 104/2000/QĐ-TTg dated August 25, 2000 of the Prime Minister approving the National Strategy on Clean Water Supply and Rural Sanitation until 2020;

At the proposal of the Director of the Preventive Medicine and HIV/AIDS Control Department - Ministry of Health,

DECISION:

Article 1. Attached to this Decision are the Industry Standards: Sanitation Standards for Various Types of Toilets.

Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.

Article 3. The Director of the Preventive Medicine and HIV/AIDS Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and directing the implementation of this Decision.

Article 4. The Heads of the Office, Inspectorate, Preventive Medicine and HIV/AIDS Control Department - Ministry of Health, Heads of subordinate units under the Ministry of Health, Directors of Provincial Health Departments directly under the Central Government are responsible for enforcing this Decision./.
