BASED ON GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 86/2002/NĐ-CP OF NOVEMBER 5, 2002 PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF MINISTRIES AND GOVERNMENT AGENCIES AT THE MINISTRY LEVEL;

BASED ON GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 29/2003/NĐ-CP OF MARCH 31, 2003 PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF LABOUR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS; LABOUR, WAR INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS;

BASED ON DECISION NO. 50/2006/QD-TTg OF MARCH 7, 2006 OF THE GOVERNMENT ADOPTING THE LIST OF PRODUCTS AND GOODS SUBJECT TO QUALITY CONTROL;

CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR SAFETY;

DECISION:

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION ARE "TEMPORARY REGULATIONS ON QUALITY CONTROL OF IMPORTED PRODUCTS AND GOODS PURSUANT TO DECISION NO. 50/2006/QD-TTg OF MARCH 7, 2006 OF THE GOVERNMENT ADOPTING THE LIST OF PRODUCTS AND GOODS SUBJECT TO QUALITY CONTROL";

Article 2. THE DEPARTMENT OF LABOUR SAFETY SHALL COORDINATE WITH RELATED UNITS TO ISSUE GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS DECISION;

Article 3. ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS IMPORTING PRODUCTS AND GOODS LISTED IN THE LIST OF PRODUCTS AND GOODS SUBJECT TO QUALITY CONTROL AND TECHNICAL ORGANIZATIONS DESIGNATED TO PERFORM QUALITY CONTROL OF PRODUCTS AND GOODS SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION;

Article 4. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE./.
