Issuing the Plan of the Justice Sector to Implement Directive No. 35/2006/CT-TTg dated October 13, 2006 of the Prime Minister regarding the implementation of the Legal Aid Law
based on Decree No. 62/2003/NĐ-CP dated June 6, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Justice;
based on Directive No. 35/2006/CT-TTg dated October 13, 2006 of the Prime Minister regarding the implementation of the Legal Aid Law; At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Aid Agency;

THE MINISTER OF JUSTICE
This Decision hereby promulgates the Plan of the Justice Sector to implement Directive No. 35/2006/CT-TTg dated October 13, 2006 of the Prime Minister regarding the implementation of the Legal Aid Law attached hereto.
This Decision shall take effect 15 days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
The Director of the Legal Aid Agency, Heads of units under the Ministry of Justice, Heads of legal institutions of ministries and sectors, Directors of Provincial Justice Departments are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
DECISION:
Article 1. The Plan accompanying this Decision for the Justice Sector to implement Directive No. 35/2006/CT-TTg dated October 13, 2006, of the Prime Minister on the implementation of the Legal Aid Law.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 3. The Director of the Legal Aid Agency, Heads of units under the Ministry of Justice, Heads of legal institutions of ministries and sectors, Directors of Justice Departments of provinces and centrally-administered cities are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
