WHEREAS, Decree No. 36/2003/NĐ-CP dated April 4, 2003 of the Government stipulates the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Construction;

Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS DECISION IS ONE VIETNAM CONSTRUCTION STANDARD:
TCXDVN 368 : 2006 "WATERPROOF MATERIALS - POLYMER BITUMINOUS EMULSION PAINT".
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE DIRECTOR OF THE SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY DEPARTMENT, AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED UNITS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
