REGARDING THE ISSUE OF REGULATIONS ON THE LEVELS OF COSTS FOR INTERRUPTION AND RECONNECTION OF ELECTRICITY SUPPLY

THE MINISTER OF INDUSTRY

Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/ND-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;

Pursuant to the Electricity Law dated December 3, 2004;

Pursuant to Decree No. 105/2005/ND-CP dated August 17, 2005 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain provisions of the Electricity Law;

On the proposal of the Director of the Electricity Regulatory Authority.

DECISION:

Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates the Regulations on Levels of Costs for Interruption and Reconnection of Electricity Supply.

Article 2This Decision shall take effect 15 days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 60/2001/QD-BCT dated December 10, 2001 of the Minister of Industry regarding the issuance of the Regulations on Levels of Costs for Interruption and Reconnection of Electricity Supply.

Article 3The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Inspectorate of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, Directors of Agencies under the Ministry, General Directors of the Vietnam Electricity Corporation, Directors of Industry Departments of provinces and centrally-administered cities, Heads of relevant agencies and units are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
