Pursuant to the Law on Credit Institutions 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on Credit Institutions 2004;

GOVERNOR OF THE STATE BANK OF VIETNAM

Pursuant to the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 1997 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Provisions of the Law on the State Bank of Vietnam 2003;

Decree No. 52/2003/NĐ-CP dated May 19, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the State Bank of Vietnam;

Pursuant to Decree No.At the proposal of the Head of the Payment Department.

To supplement the bank code for Vietnam Commercial Joint Stock Bank Trust in Point 3 of Appendix No. 3 to the regulations on the banking code system used in transactions through the State Bank issued together with Decision No. 02/2006/QĐ-NHNN dated January 18, 2006 of the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam as follows:

DECISION:

Article 1. 3. Commercial Joint Stock Banks:

Article 2. The Director of the Office, the Head of the Payment Department, the Director of the Information Technology Department of the State Bank, the Heads of units under the State Bank, the Directors of the State Bank Branches in provinces and centrally governed cities, the Chairmen of the Management Boards, and General Managers (Directors) of organizations providing payment services shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.

Article 3. - As per Article 3 (for implementation);

Place of Receipt:
- Leadership of the State Bank (for approval);
- Government Office (2 copies);
- To be filed with the Office, BTT, PC.
- Ministry of Justice (for verification);
- For record at the Office, Press Department, and Public Complaints Handling Agency.
