REGARDING THE ADJUSTMENT OF ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARIES OF VILLAGES AND WARD, AND THE ESTABLISHMENT OF WARD UNDER PHAN RANG - THAP CHARM CITY, NINH THUAN PROVINCE
THE GOVERNMENT
On the basis of Law on Government Organization dated December 25, 2001;
Considering the proposal of the Minister of Home Affairs and the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan Province,
DECREE:
Article 1. The adjustment of administrative boundaries of villages and wards under Phan Rang - Thap Charm City, Ninh Thuan Province is as follows:
1. Adjustment of administrative boundaries of villages and wards under Phan Rang - Thap Charm City is as follows:
Adjusting 11.2 hectares of natural area and 1,262 population from Ward My Dong; 133.01 hectares of natural area and 2,512 population from Village Van Hai to be managed by Village My Hai.
Adjusting 2.72 hectares of natural area from Village My Hai to be managed by Ward Tan Tai; 1.03 hectares of natural area and 6 population from Village My Hai to be managed by Ward Thanh Son.
After the adjustment of administrative boundaries:
Ward My Dong remains with 241 hectares of natural area and 12,401 population.
Village Van Hai remains with 927.11 hectares of natural area and 13,909 population.
Village My Hai has 717.46 hectares of natural area and 12,995 population.
Ward Thanh Son has 99.78 hectares of natural area and 9,663 population.
Ward Tan Tai has 286.06 hectares of natural area and 8,157 population.
2. Establish Ward My Binh under Phan Rang - Thap Charm City based on adjusting 495.76 hectares of natural area and 8,076 population from Village My Hai.

3. Establish Ward My Hai under Phan Rang - Thap Charm City based on the remaining 221.70 hectares of natural area and 4,919 population from Village My Hai.

Administrative boundary of Ward My Hai: East borders the East Sea; West borders Ward Tan Tai; South borders Ward My Dong; North borders Ward My Binh.
4. Establish Ward Van Hai under Phan Rang - Thap Charm City based on the entire 927.11 hectares of natural area and 13,909 population from Village Van Hai.
Ward Van Hai has 927.11 hectares of natural area and 13,909 population.
Administrative boundary of Ward Van Hai: East borders the East Sea; West borders Village Thanh Hai; South borders Ward My Binh; North borders Village Thanh Hai and Town Khanh Hai, Ninh Hai District.
After the adjustment of administrative boundaries and establishment of ward:
Phan Rang - Thap Charm City has 7,889.74 hectares of natural area and 175,826 population, with 16 subordinate administrative units, including the wards: Do Vinh, Bao An, Phuoc My, Phu Ha, Dai Son, Thanh Son, Kinh Dinh, My Huong, Tan Tai, Dao Long, Dong Hai, My Dong, My Binh, My Hai, Van Hai, and Village Thanh Hai.
Article 2. This Decree shall take effect fifteen days after its publication in the Official Gazette. All previous regulations contrary to this Decree are hereby abolished.
Article 3. The Minister of Home Affairs, the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ninh Thuan Province, and the heads of relevant agencies are responsible for implementing this Decree./.
