Issuing Regulations on the Organization and Operation of Key Laboratories

Pursuant to Decree No. 28/2008/NĐ-CP dated March 14, 2008, promulgated by the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Science and Technology;
Pursuant to Decision No. 850/QD-TTg dated September 7, 2000 of the Prime Minister approving the Project "Establishing Key Laboratories";
Considering the proposals of the Director of the Department of Planning and Finance, the Director of the Legal Affairs Department, and the Director of the Office.
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached "Regulations on the Organization and Operation of Key Laboratories" shall be promulgated together with this Decision.
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall supersede Decision No. 01/2002/QD-BKHCNMT dated January 31, 2002 of the Minister of Science, Technology and Environment (now the Ministry of Science and Technology) on the issuance of the "Provisional Regulations on the Organization and Operation of Key Laboratories".
Article 3. Heads of units under the Ministry of Science and Technology; Heads of managing agencies, Heads of leading agencies, Chairmen of Councils, Directors of key laboratories, and relevant ministries and sectors are responsible for implementing this Decision.
