Issuing Regulations on the Quality Assurance Process for Vocational Training

THE MINISTER OF LABOR, INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;

At the proposal of the Director General of the Vocational Training Administration,

DECISION:

Article 1. The attached Decision issues Regulations on the Quality Assurance Process for Vocational Training.

Article 2. This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.

Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of central agencies under the Government, Leaders of central organizations of political-social organizations with affiliated vocational training institutions; Chairpersons of provincial and centrally-administered city People's Committees; Directors of Departments of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Heads of the Ministry’s Office, Director General of the Vocational Training Administration, Heads of related agencies and units shall be responsible for implementing this Decision./.
