Pursuant to the Land Law promulgated on November 26, 2003;

Pursuant to the Law on the Issuance of Regulatory Legal Documents dated November 12, 1996 and the Law Amending and Supplementing Certain Articles of the Law on the Issuance of Regulatory Legal Documents dated December 16, 2002;

Pursuant to Decree No. 25/2008/ND-CP dated March 4, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment;

Considering the proposals of the General Director of the Land Management General Department, the Director of the Science and Technology Department, and the Director of the Legal Affairs Department,

Pursuant to …;:

Article 1. Attached to this Decision are the "Regulations on the Establishment of Cadastral Maps at Scales of 1:200, 1:500, 1:1000, 1:2000, 1:5000, and 1:10000," which shall be uniformly applied throughout the country for land surveying and the establishment of cadastral maps to serve land management work.

Article 2. These regulations shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace the Regulations on the Establishment of Cadastral Maps at Scales of 1:500, 1:1000, 1:2000, 1:5000, 1:10000, and 1:25000 issued with Decision No. 720/1999/QD-DC dated December 30, 1999 of the General Director of the Cadastre General Department.

Article 3. Heads of units under the Ministry, Directors of Provincial Departments of Natural Resources and Environment, heads of organizations and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Decision.
