Issuing Regulations on Conditions for Medical Facilities Engaging in Tissue and Organ Transplantation and Procedures for Permitting Their Operation
THE MINISTER OF HEALTH
Pursuant to Decree No. 188/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 27, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Health;
Pursuant to the Law on Human Tissue and Organ Donation and Transplantation and Body Donation dated November 29, 2006;
At the proposal of the Director of the Department of Medical Examination and Treatment - Ministry of Health,
DECISION:
Article 1. The attached Decision promulgates Regulations on Conditions for Medical Facilities Engaging in Tissue and Organ Transplantation and Procedures for Permitting Their Operation.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
Article 3. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Inspectorate, and Departments, Directors of the Bureaus, the Directors of Provincial Health Departments under the Central Government, the Directors of Central Ministry of Health Hospitals, and the Heads of Health Services of various sectors are responsible for implementing this Decision.
