Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;

Pursuant to Decision No. 34/2007/QĐ-TTg dated March 12, 2007 of the Prime Minister on the issuance of the Regulation on the establishment, organization, and operation of inter-ministerial coordination organizations;

Pursuant to Decision No. 1525/QĐ-TTg dated November 13, 2007 of the Government Chairman on adjusting the division of responsibilities for heads of inter-ministerial coordination organizations established by the Government Chairman;

Considering the proposal of the Head of the Steering Committee for Enterprise Reform and Development,

DECISION:

Article 1.Supplement Clause 3 of Article 4 of Decision No. 01/2008/QĐ-TTg dated January 7, 2008 of the Government Chairman regarding the functions, tasks, powers, responsibilities, and organizational structure of the Steering Committee for Enterprise Reform and Development as follows:

A representative from the leadership of the Ministry of Justice shall be a member of the Steering Committee for Enterprise Reform and Development.

12/2025/TT-BNNMT dated June 19, 2025 issued by the Minister of Agriculture and EnvironmentThe Head of the Steering Committee for Enterprise Reform and Development, Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees under the Central Government, Councils of Directors of State-owned Economic Groups and Corporation 91 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
