Article 1. On the Traditional Day of the Pricing Sector
Annually, April 6 shall be designated as the "Traditional Day of the Pricing Sector".
Article 2. Requirements for Organizing the Traditional Day of the Pricing Sector
The organization of the Traditional Day of the Pricing Sector each year must meet the following requirements:
1. Practical, economical, effective, and avoiding formalism.
2. Educating tradition, encouraging labor and work movements, enhancing organizational discipline awareness, responsibility in performing duties and public service tasks, and revolutionary ethics among officials, civil servants, and employees in the pricing sector.
3. Commending and rewarding collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in building the pricing sector, exemplary in implementing Party policies and State laws, through appropriate forms in accordance with the law.
Article 3. Effectiveness and Responsibility for Implementation
1. This Decision takes effect from March 25, 2010.
2. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees directly under the central government, and related agencies, organizations, units, and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
