CIRCULAR
Issuing job titles and code numbers for social work staff grades

Pursuant to Decree No. 48/2008/NĐ-CP dated April 17, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Home Affairs;
At the proposal of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs in Circular No. 2522/LDTBXH-BTXH dated July 26, 2010 regarding the issuance of job titles and code numbers for social work staff grades;
The Ministry of Home Affairs issues job titles and code numbers for social work staff grades, specifically as follows:
Article 1. Issuing job titles and code numbers for social work staff grades, including:
1. Senior Social Worker
2. Social worker &
3. Social work staff - Code number: 24.293
Article 2. The job titles and code numbers of social work civil servant ranks prescribed in this Circular shall serve as the basis for the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to issue vocational standards for social work specialist civil servant ranks.
Article 3. This Circular shall take effect 45 days from the date of issuance.
Article 4. The Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial People's Committees, and municipal People's Committees directly under the central government are responsible for implementing the provisions of this Circular./.
