MINISTRY OF LABOR - INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to Decree No. 186/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 26, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decree No. 127/2007/NĐ-CP dated August 1, 2007 of the Government detailing certain provisions of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations;

Pursuant to Decree No. 132/2008/NĐ-CP dated December 31, 2008 of the Government detailing implementation of certain provisions of the Product Quality Law;

Pursuant to Circular No. 23/2007/TT-BKHCN dated September 28, 2007 of the Ministry of Science and Technology guiding the development, review, and issuance of technical regulations;

After receiving the review opinion of the Ministry of Science and Technology at Document No. 346/BKHCN-TĐC, the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues the National Technical Regulation on Occupational Safety for Electric Elevators as follows:

Article 1. The National Technical Regulation on Occupational Safety for Electric Elevators is issued together with this Circular.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect 45 days from the date of signature.

The National Technical Regulation on Occupational Safety for Electric Elevators takes effect six months from the date this Circular takes effect.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, agencies under the Government, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementation.

In the course of implementation, if there are any difficulties, relevant agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs for consideration and resolution./.
