Amending and supplementing certain provisions
of Circular No. 05/2007/TT-UBTDTT dated July 20, 2007
of the Sports Committee guiding the implementation of certain provisions of Decree
No. 112/2007/NĐ-CP dated June 26, 2007 of the Government detailingguiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Physical Culture and Sports, and
Pursuant to Decree No. 185/2007/NĐ-CP dated December 25, 2007 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism,

Pursuant to the Law on Physical Education and Sports No. 77/2006/QH11 dated November 29, 2006;
“1. Position
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism amends and supplements certain provisions of Circular No. 05/2007/TT-UBTDTT dated July 20, 2007 of the Sports Committee guiding the implementation of certain provisions of Decree No. 112/2007/NĐ-CP dated June 26, 2007 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Physical Culture and Sports (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 05/2007/TT-UBTDTT) as follows:
Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular No. 05/2007/TT-UBTDTT as follows:
1. Replacing the phrases "Sports Committee" with "Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism" and "Physical Culture and Sports Department" with "Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism".
2. Removing Point 2 and 3 of Part I regarding the issuance of sports cooperation cards; Model No. 01 for sports cooperation cards and Model No. 02 for requests to issue sports cooperation cards.
