“1. Position
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism amends and supplements certain provisions of Circular No. 05/2007/TT-UBTDTT dated July 20, 2007 of the Sports Committee guiding the implementation of certain provisions of Decree No. 112/2007/NĐ-CP dated June 26, 2007 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of certain articles of the Law on Physical Culture and Sports (hereinafter referred to as Circular No. 05/2007/TT-UBTDTT) as follows:
Article 1. Amending and supplementing certain provisions of Circular No. 05/2007/TT-UBTDTT as follows:
1. Replacing the phrases "Sports Committee" with "Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism" and "Physical Culture and Sports Department" with "Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism".
