Pursuant to Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008, of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 75/2009/NĐ-CP dated September 10, 2009 of the Government amending Article 3 of Decree No. 01/2008/NĐ-CP dated January 3, 2008 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;

Pursuant to Decree No. 08/2010/ND-CP of the Government dated February 5, 2010 on animal feed management;

Pursuant to Circular No. 66/2011/TT-BNNPTNT dated October 10, 2011 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development detailing certain provisions of Decree No. 08/2010/NĐ-CP dated February 5, 2010 of the Government on the management of animal feed; Considering the proposal of the Director General of the Fisheries General Department;

The Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development hereby issues the Amended and Supplementary List of Aquatic Feed Products Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam.

Attached hereto is the Amended and Supplementary List of Aquatic Feed Products Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam, including:

Article 1. 1. The Supplementary List of Complete Mixed Ration Feed Products for Aquaculture Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam (Annex 1).

2. The Supplementary List of Supplemental Feed Products and Raw Materials for Feed Production for Aquaculture Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam (Annex 2).

3. The Amended List of Manufacturer Names and Product Names in the Lists of Aquatic Feed Products Permitted for Circulation in Vietnam (Annex 3).

This Circular takes effect from March 16, 2013.

Article 2. The Heads of the Ministry's Office, the Director General of the Fisheries General Department, the Heads of units under the Ministry, the Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development of provinces and centrally governed cities, and organizations and individuals related to the production, business, and use of aquatic feed are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
