Pursuant to the Law on Organization of the Government dated December 25, 2001;
Pursuant to the Law on Export Duties and Import Duties dated June 14, 2005;
Pursuant to the Government's Decree No. 87/2010/NĐ-CP dated August 13, 2010 detailing certain provisions of the Law on Export Duties and Import Duties;
Pursuant to Decree No. 24/2012/NĐ-CP dated April 3, 2012 of the Government on gold trading activities management;
At the proposal of the Minister of Finance,
The Prime Minister issues this Decision on the exemption of export duty and import duty on raw gold exported and imported by the State Bank of Vietnam.
Article 1. Exempt export duty and import duty on raw gold exported and imported by the State Bank of Vietnam.
Article 2. This Decision takes effect from March 15, 2014.
Article 3. Ministers, Heads of ministerial-level agencies, Heads of government-affiliated agencies, Chairpersons of provincial and municipal People's Committees under the central government, and related organizations and individuals are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
