CIRCULAR

Issuing the curriculum and textbook for the subject Law to be used in training trong đào tạo

Intermediate vocational education level, higher vocational education level

Pursuant to the Vocational Training Law dated November 29, 2006;

Pursuant to Decree No. 106/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012, of the Government, stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids, and Social Affairs;

Pursuant to Decision No. 137/2009/QD-TTg dated December 2, 2009 of the Prime Minister approving the Project on incorporating anti-corruption content into education, training, and capacity building programs;

Pursuant to Directive No. 10/CT-TTg dated June 12, 2013 of the Prime Minister on incorporating anti-corruption content into teaching at educational institutions from the academic year 2013-2014;

Considering the proposal of the General Director of the Vocational Training Administration,

The Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs issues this Circular stipulating the curriculum and textbook for the subject Law for intermediate vocational training and higher vocational training as follows:

Article 1. This Circular promulgates the curriculum and textbook for the subject Law for intermediate vocational training and higher vocational training attached hereto.

1. Curriculum for the subject Law for higher vocational training (Annex 1).

2. Curriculum for the subject Law for intermediate vocational training (Annex 2).

Textbook for the subject Law for intermediate vocational training and higher vocational training (Annex 3).

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from June 6, 2014 and replaces Decision No. 04/2008/QD-BLDTBX dated February 18, 2008 of the Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs on issuing the curriculum for the subject Law for vocational secondary schools and higher vocational schools.

Article 3. Ministries, ministerial-level agencies, government agencies, political-social organizations, People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, General Department of Vocational Training, vocational training institutions registered to conduct intermediate vocational training and higher vocational training, and related units are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
