Supplementing the Economic and Technical Standards for Operation, Exploitation, and Maintenance of Coastal Radio Stations issued together with Circular No. 28/2013/TT-BGTVT dated October 1, 2013, of the Minister of Transport.

Pursuant to Decree No. 107/2012/NĐ-CP dated December 20, 2012 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Transport;

Pursuant to Decree No. 130/2013/NĐ-CP dated October 6, 2013, of the Government on the production and supply of public goods and services;

Pursuant to Decision No. 62/2014/QĐ-TTg dated November 6, 2014, of the Prime Minister on the issuance of Regulations on Management, Exploitation, and Use of Long Range Identification and Tracking (LRIT) Information of Vessels;

At the proposal of the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration and the Head of the Department of Science and Technology,

The Minister of Transport hereby issues this Circular supplementing the Economic and Technical Standards for Operation, Exploitation, and Maintenance of Coastal Radio Stations issued together with Circular No. 28/2013/TT-BGTVT dated October 1, 2013, of the Minister of Transport.

Article 1. Supplementing Part 6. Economic and Technical Standards for Operation and Exploitation of Long Range Identification and Tracking (LRIT) Information Reception Stations into the Economic and Technical Standards for Operation, Exploitation, and Maintenance of Coastal Radio Stations issued together with Circular No. 28/2013/TT-BGTVT dated October 1, 2013, of the Minister of Transport.

Article 2. This Circular takes effect from June 15, 2016.

Article 3. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Inspector General of the Ministry, the Heads of Departments, the Director of the Vietnam Maritime Administration, and the Heads of agencies, organizations, and individuals concerned are responsible for implementing this Circular./.
