ISSUING NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS
ON ENVIRONMENTAL TREATMENT PRODUCTS FOR AQUACULTURE
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 15/2017/NĐ-CP OF FEBRUARY 17, 2017 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
Pursuant to the Fisheries Law dated November 21, 2017;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE DEPARTMENT HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE FISHERIES AGENCY;
THE MINISTER OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT ISSUES THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON ENVIRONMENTAL TREATMENT PRODUCTS FOR AQUACULTURE.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR ARE THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATIONS ON ENVIRONMENTAL TREATMENT PRODUCTS FOR AQUACULTURE. PART 1: CHEMICALS, BIOLOGICAL FORMULATIONS. CODE: QCVN 02-32 - 1: 2019/BNNPTNT.
Article 2. THIS CIRCULAR SHALL TAKE EFFECT FROM JANUARY 1, 2020
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE; THE DEPARTMENT HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT; THE DIRECTOR GENERAL OF THE FISHERIES AGENCY; THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY’S UNITS CONCERNED; THE DIRECTORS OF THE PROVINCE AND CITY DEPARTMENTS OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT UNDER THE CENTRAL GOVERNMENT; AND THE ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS CONCERNED SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS CIRCULAR.
During the implementation process, if there are difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals shall promptly report to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development for study, amendment, and supplementation./.
