Issued NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON INSPECTION AND CONSTRUCTION OF SMALL SEAGOING VESSELS

Pursuant to the Vietnam Maritime Code on November 25, 2015;
Pursuant to the Law on Standards and Technical Regulations dated June 29, 2006;
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 127/2007/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 1, 2007 PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS, AND THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 78/2018/NĐ-CP OF MAY 16, 2018 AMENDING AND COMPLEMENTING CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE GOVERNMENTAL DECREE NO. 127/2007/NĐ-CP OF AUGUST 1, 2007 PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON STANDARDS AND TECHNICAL REGULATIONS;
BASED ON THE DECREE NO. 56/2022/ND-CP dated August 24, 2022 of THE GOVERNMENT stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORT;
AT THE REQUEST OF THE HEAD OF THE SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENVIRONMENT DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF VIETNAM MARINE INSPECTION AUTHORITY;
THE MINISTER OF TRANSPORT ISSUES THIS CIRCULAR ON NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON INSPECTION AND CONSTRUCTION OF SMALL SEAGOING VESSELS.
Article 1. ATTACHED TO THIS CIRCULAR IS THE NATIONAL TECHNICAL REGULATION ON INSPECTION AND CONSTRUCTION OF SMALL SEAGOING VESSELS.

Article 2. Effective Date
2. During the implementation process, if there are any difficulties, agencies, organizations, and individuals are requested to promptly reflect them to the Ministry of Science and Technology (Telecommunications Agency) for guidance or consideration and resolution./.
