REGARDING THE APPOINTMENT OF STAFF

THE MINISTER OF FINANCE

Pursuant to Decree No. 15/CP dated March 2, 1993 of the Government on the tasks, powers, and responsibilities for state management of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;

BASED ON DECREE NO. 178/CP DATED OCTOBER 28, 1994 OF THE GOVERNMENT ON THE TASKS, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF FINANCE;

Based on the proposal of the People's Committee of Lang Son Province at Circular No. 682UB/CV dated December 14, 1994 regarding the appointment of Deputy Director of the Provincial Tax Service;

Considering the work requirements and the capabilities of the staff;

At the recommendation of the Director General of the General Tax Department, the Head of the Organization and Cadre Training Department,

Pursuant to …;

Article 1: Appoint Mr. Le Minh Thanh, Head of the Policy Affairs Section, to the position of Director of the Lang Son Provincial Tax Service.

Article 2: Mr. Le Minh Thanh shall temporarily receive the position allowance of Deputy Director with a coefficient of 0.50.

Article 3: This Decision takes effect from the date of signature. The Heads of the Organization and Cadre Training Department, the Director General of the General Tax Department, the Director of the Lang Son Provincial Tax Service, the Director of the Ministry's Office, and Mr. Le Minh Thanh are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
