RESOLUTION
ON THE RENAMING OF SUB-DISTRICTS UNDER AI TUC MARKET TOWN, TRIEU PHONG DISTRICT
PROVINCE PEOPLE'S CONGRESS OF QUANG TRI PROVINCE
EIGHTH TERM, 26TH SESSION
Pursuant to the Law on Local Administration Organization dated June 19, 2015; and the Law amending and supplementing certain articles of the Law on Government Organization and the Law on Local Administration Organization dated November 22, 2019;
Pursuant to Consolidated Document No. 08/VBHN-BNV dated October 27, 2022 issued by the Minister of Home Affairs guiding the organization and operation of villages and residential wards;
Considering Proposal No. 101/TTr-UBND dated June 24, 2024 of the Provincial People's Committee on renaming sub-districts under Ai Tuc Market Town, Trieu Phong District; Report on examination by the Legal Affairs Committee of the Province People's Congress; and opinions from discussions at the session by provincial-level People's Congress delegates.
RESOLVED:
Article 1. Renaming sub-districts under Ai Tuc Market Town, Trieu Phong District as follows:
1. Rename Sub-district No. 1 to Ward No. 1.
2. Rename Sub-district No. 2 to Ward No. 2.
3. Rename Sub-district No. 3 to Ward No. 3.
4. Rename Sub-district No. 4 to Ward No. 4.
5. Rename Sub-district No. 6 to Ward No. 5.
Article 2. Implementation
1. The Provincial People's Committee is tasked with implementing this Resolution.
2. The Standing Body of the Province People's Congress, Committees of the Province People's Congress, Delegation Groups of the Province People's Congress, and provincial-level People's Congress delegates shall cooperate with the Standing Body of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Provincial Committee to supervise implementation of this Resolution.
This Resolution was adopted by the Eighth Term, 26th Session of the Quang Tri Province People's Congress on July 11, 2024 and takes effect from the date of adoption./.
