ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE MANAGEMENT AND USE OF MARKET INSPECTION CARDS, BADGES, FLAGS, AND MARKETING CONTROL SIGNS - Pursuant to Decree No. 95/CP dated December 4, 1993 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Trade;

- Pursuant to Decree No. 10/CP dated January 23, 1995 of the Government on the organization, tasks, and powers of Market Management (referred to as Decree No. 10/CP);
- Pursuant to the Prime Minister's Decision at Document No. 696/CP-KTTH dated August 2, 2000 regarding the assignment of specialized inspection functions and tasks of the Trade Ministry to the Market Management force;
- Pursuant to the Prime Minister's opinion at Document No. 2063/VPCP-TCCB dated May 15, 2001 of the Government Office agreeing with the Ministry of Trade's proposal to amend market inspection cards and supplement market management badges and flags;
At the request of the Director of the Market Management Department,
The regulations attached hereto are hereby promulgated concerning the management and use of market inspection cards, badges, flags, and signs.

Article 1. These regulations shall take effect fifteen days from the date of signature and replace Section I and II of the regulations on the management and use of market inspection cards, badges, and signs issued together with Decision No. 269/TM-QLTT dated March 30, 1995 of the Minister of Trade.
Article 2. The heads of the Ministry's Office, the Directors of relevant Departments: Organization and Cadres, Finance and Accounting, Legal Affairs, and the Directors of Commerce Departments (Commerce and Tourism Departments), the Directors of the Market Management Department, and the Heads of Market Management Branches are responsible for implementing this Decision.
Article 3. The Head of the Ministry’s Office, Heads of the Departments: Organization - Cadres, Finance - Accounting, Legal Affairs, and Directors of the Departments of Trade (Trade - Tourism), Heads of the Market Management Inspectorate, and Heads of Market Management Inspectorate Branches are responsible for implementing this Decision.
