DECREE-LAW
NO. 81/SL OF AUGUST 15, 1958
ISSUED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 34-SL dated March 25, 1946, Decree-Law No. 35-SL dated March 19, 1947, and Decree-Law No. 21-SL dated July 11, 1950 established the Ministry of National Defense - Chief Commander;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF NATIONAL DEFENSE;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE:
Article 1: Appoint Lieutenant General Le Hien Mai to the position of Political Commissar of the Artillery Command.
Article 2: The Minister of National Defense is responsible for implementing this Decree-Law.
