NO. 88/SL OF OCTOBER 9, 1958
ISSUED BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
THE PRESIDENT OF THE DEMOCRATIC REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 254-SL of November 19, 1948 established the organization of local people's administration;
WHEREAS Decree-Law No. 014-SL of November 6, 1957 appointed Mr. Nguyen Nang Hack as Chairman of the Administrative Committee of the Left Bank Region;
AT THE PROPOSAL OF THE MINISTER OF INTERIOR AFFAIRS;
ISSUES THE FOLLOWING DECREE-LAW:
Article 1 : Mr. Nguyen Nang Hack is relieved from his position as Chairman of the Administrative Committee of the Left Bank Region to take up other duties.
Article 2 : The Minister of Interior Affairs shall be responsible for implementing this Decree-Law.
