Pursuant to Decree No. 73/CP dated November 1, 1995 of the Government on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development;
Pursuant to Decree No. 50/CP dated August 28, 1996 of the Government on the establishment, restructuring, dissolution, and bankruptcy of state-owned enterprises;
Pursuant to Decision No. 395-NN/TCCB/QD dated December 29, 1995 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development establishing Vietnam Fruit Corporation;
Pursuant to Decision No. 1114-QĐ/UB dated October 20, 1992 of the Chairman of the People's Committee of Ha Tinh Province on the establishment of Ky Anh Forest Farm and the handover record of Ky Anh Forest Farm to Vietnam Fruit Corporation on December 24, 1998;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Fruit Corporation at Report No. 05-RQ/TCCB/CV dated January 4, 1999 and the proposal of the Director of the Cadre and Civil Servant Organization Department,
DECISION:
Article 1. Now hereby accepts Ky Anh Forest Farm as an independent accounting member enterprise under Vietnam Fruit Corporation - Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development and renames it as Ha Tinh Fruit Company.
