REGARDING THE TRANSITION OF OPERATING MECHANISMS FOR THE FREEDOM FILM STUDIO
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 81/CP OF NOVEMBER 8, 1993 ON THE FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, POWERS AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF CULTURE AND INFORMATION.
BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 56/CP OF OCTOBER 2, 1996 ON ENTERPRISES ENGAGED IN PUBLIC SERVICES AND THE CIRCULAR NO. 01/BKH-DN OF JANUARY 29, 1997 ISSUED BY THE MINISTRY OF PLANNING AND INVESTMENT TO GUIDE THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED DECREES;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSALS OF THE HEAD OF THE ORGANIZATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE FREEDOM FILM STUDIO,
DECISION:
Article 1: TRANSITION THE FREEDOM FILM STUDIO FROM A STATE OWNED ENTERPRISE REESTABLISHED PURSUANT TO THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 388/HDBT TO A STATE OWNED ENTERPRISE ENGAGED IN PUBLIC SERVICES.
Article 2: THE DIRECTOR OF THE FREEDOM FILM STUDIO MUST REGISTER AS A STATE OWNED ENTERPRISE ENGAGED IN PUBLIC SERVICES IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REGULATIONS OF THE STATE.
Article 3: THE SECRETARY OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE HEADS OF THE ORGANIZATION AND HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT, FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DEPARTMENT, THE DIRECTOR OF THE NATIONAL AUDIOVISUAL CENTER, AND THE DIRECTOR OF THE FREEDOM FILM STUDIO ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ENFORCING THIS DECISION./.
