Pursuant to Decree No. 28/CP dated April 29, 1995 issued by the Government;
Pursuant to Decree No. 175/1999/NĐ-CP dated December 15, 1999 issued by the Government;
The Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Finance amend Section II of Joint Circular No. 03/2000/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BTC dated January 26, 2000 issued by the Ministry of Labour - Invalids and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Finance guiding the implementation of adjustments to monthly allowances for revolutionaries, families of martyrs, war invalids, disabled veterans, and those who have contributed to the revolutionary cause as follows:
Funeral allowance:
The subjects entitled to funeral expenses (burial fees) under Decree No. 28/CP dated April 29, 1995 issued by the Government shall receive a funeral allowance of VND 1,440,000 from January 1, 2000.
Any issues arising during implementation should be reported to the Ministries for consideration and resolution./.
