JOINT CIRCULAR
Guidelines for adjusting monthly allowances and subsidies for individuals engaged in revolutionary activities, families of martyrs, war invalids, disease invalids, and those who have contributed to the revolution.
Pursuant to Decree No. 28/CP dated April 29, 1995 of the Government;
Pursuant to Decree No. 175/1999/NĐ-CP dated December 15, 1999 of the Government;
The Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Finance issue guidelines to amend Section II of Circular Joint No. 03/2000/TTLT-BLDTBXH-BTC dated January 26, 2000 of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs and the Ministry of Finance on the implementation of adjustments to monthly allowances and subsidies for individuals engaged in revolutionary activities, families of martyrs, war invalids, disease invalids, and those who have contributed to the revolution as follows:
Funeral allowance:
The subjects entitled to funeral allowance (funeral expenses) as stipulated in Decree No. 28/CP dated April 29, 1995 of the Government shall receive a funeral allowance of VND 1,440,000 from January 1, 2000."
