Regarding the promulgation of the Resolution of the National Assembly.

 

PRESIDENT OF THE SOCIALIST REPUBLIC OF VIETNAM

On the basis of Article 103 and Article 106 of the Constitution of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in 1992, amended and supplemented by Resolution No. 51/2001/QH10 dated December 25, 2001 of the Tenth Session of the National Assembly;

On the basis of Article 51 of the Law on Organization NOW PROMULGATE

On the basis of Article 50 of the Law on Enacting Legal Documents,

The Resolution of the Eleventh Session of the National Assembly of the X

Socialist Republic of Vietnam, adopted by the National Assembly at its Eleventh Session on April 2, 2002./.
