REGARDING THE DISSOLUTION OF CHI LINH AGRICULTURAL FARM TOWN TO ESTABLISH BEN TAM TOWN UNDER CHI LINH DISTRICT AND RENAMING NINH THO COMMUNE TO HONG PHONG COMMUNE IN NINH GIANG DISTRICT, HAI DUNG PROVINCE
TO DISSOLVE CHI LINH AGRICULTURAL FARM TOWN TO ESTABLISH BEN TAM TOWN UNDER CHI LINH DISTRICT AND RENAME NINH THO COMMUNE TO HONG PHONG COMMUNE IN NINH GIANG DISTRICT, HAI DUNG PROVINCE

THE GOVERNMENT
BASED ON THE LAW ON GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION ON SEPTEMBER 30, 1992;
CONSIDERING THE PROPOSAL OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HAI DUNG PROVINCE AND THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE PARTY ORGANIZATION-CADRES DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT,
DECREE DECIDE:
Article 1. NOW, WE DISSOLVE CHI LINH AGRICULTURAL FARM TOWN UNDER CHI LINH DISTRICT AND ESTABLISH BEN TAM TOWN UNDER CHI LINH DISTRICT AND RENAME NINH THO COMMUNE TO HONG PHONG COMMUNE IN NINH GIANG DISTRICT, HAI DUNG PROVINCE AS FOLLOWS:
1. DISSOLVE CHI LINH AGRICULTURAL FARM TOWN UNDER CHI LINH DISTRICT. THE POPULATION OF CHI LINH AGRICULTURAL FARM TOWN WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE MANAGEMENT OF THE VILLAGE WHERE THEY RESIDE.
2. ESTABLISH BEN TAM TOWN UNDER CHI LINH DISTRICT ON THE BASIS OF 412.88 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 5,703 POPULATION FROM BAC AN COMMUNE. THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARY OF BEN TAM TOWN: EAST, WEST, AND NORTH ADJOIN BAC AN COMMUNE; SOUTH ADJOIN HOANG TAN COMMUNE. AFTER ADJUSTING THE ADMINISTRATIVE BOUNDARY TO ESTABLISH BEN TAM TOWN, BAC AN COMMUNE REMAINS WITH 4,074.12 HA OF NATURAL AREA AND 6,001 POPULATION.
3. RENAME NINH THO COMMUNE IN NINH GIANG DISTRICT TO HONG PHONG COMMUNE.
Article 2. THIS DECREE SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF SIGNATURE. ALL PRIOR REGULATIONS CONTRARY TO THIS DECREE ARE ABROGATED.
Article 3. THE CHAIRMAN OF THE PEOPLE'S COMMITTEE OF HAI DUNG PROVINCE, THE MINISTER, HEAD OF THE PARTY ORGANIZATION-CADRES DEPARTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT, AND THE HEADS OF THE RELATED AUTHORITIES SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECREE./.
