Article 1. The National Academy of Public Administration shall be incorporated into the Ministry of Home Affairs in its current status and the Minister of Home Affairs shall undertake the tasks assigned by the Prime Minister to manage the National Academy of Public Administration.
Article 2. The Director of the National Academy of Public Administration is entrusted with responsibilities to assist the Minister of Home Affairs in continuing to lead and manage the activities of the National Academy of Public Administration according to current general regulations of the State, the Ministry of Home Affairs, and the National Academy of Public Administration.
Article 3. The Director of the National Academy of Public Administration and the Director of the Civil Service Department under the Ministry of Home Affairs shall draft a Decree specifying the position, functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the National Academy of Public Administration within the Ministry of Home Affairs for submission to the Government for promulgation.
Article 4. Until the Government issues new Decrees replacing Decree No. 181/CP dated November 9, 1994 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Civil Service Department under the Government and Decree No. 253/HĐBT dated July 6, 1992 on the position, functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the National Academy of Public Administration, the National Academy of Public Administration shall continue to use its current seal.
Article 5. This Decision takes effect from the date of issuance.
Article 6. The Director of the Ministry's Office, the Director of the National Academy of Public Administration, the Director of the Civil Service Department, heads and civil servants of related organizations are responsible for implementing this Decision.
