Pursuant to the Law on Government Organization dated September 30, 1992;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 181-CP dated November 9, 1994 on the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Government Organization and Cadre Board;
Pursuant to the conclusion of the Prime Minister at the meeting of the Government Administrative Reform Steering Committee on December 4, 2001 (as reflected in the Official Letter No. 160/TB-VPCP dated December 18, 2001 of the Government Office);
At the proposal of the Minister and Head of the Government Organization and Cadre Board,
DECISION:
Article 1. The Administrative Reform Department under the Government Organization and Cadre Board shall be established based on the Administrative Reform Group.
Article 2. The Administrative Reform Department shall have the function of assisting the Minister and Head of the Government Organization and Cadre Board in carrying out the tasks of the Board related to administrative reform.
Article 3. The Minister and Head of the Government Organization and Cadre Board shall specify in detail the tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Administrative Reform Department.
Article 4. This Decision takes effect from the date of signature.
The Minister and Head of the Government Organization and Cadre Board shall be responsible for implementing this Decision.
