Pursuant to Decree No. 55/2003/ND-CP dated May 28, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Industry;
Pursuant to Decree No. 153/2004/ND-CP dated August 9, 2004 of the Government on the organization and management of state-owned holding corporations and the transformation of state-owned holding corporations and independent state-owned companies into parent company-subcompany models;
Considering the proposal of the Board of Directors of Vietnam Textile and Garment Holding Corporation (Proposal No. 406/TT-HĐQT dated April 5, 2006);
At the recommendation of the Director of the Personnel and Organization Department,

Article 1. Approves the attached Charter on organization and operation of Phong Phu Textile Company, an independent accounting subsidiary of Vietnam Textile and Garment Holding Corporation operating under the parent company-subcompany model.
Article 2. The Standard Measurement Quality Control Department shall be responsible for organizing and guiding the implementation of the Regulations adopted herein.
The Heads of the Ministry's Office, Inspectorate, Departments, and Bureaus, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, General Director of Vietnam Textile and Garment Holding Corporation, and General Director of Phong Phu Textile Company are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
