THE MINISTER OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING
Pursuant to Decree No. 86/2002/NĐ-CP dated November 5, 2002 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of ministries and ministerial-level agencies;
Pursuant to Decree No. 85/2003/NĐ-CP dated July 18, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Education and Training;
Pursuant to Decree No. 179/2004/NĐ-CP dated October 21, 2004 on state management of product and commodity quality;
Pursuant to Decision No. 25/2000/QĐ-BGD&ĐT dated July 11, 2000 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating the regulations on the organization and operation of comprehensive technical centers - vocational guidance;
Pursuant to the minutes of the acceptance of the results of the review of industry standards on June 7, 2005 of the Scientific Council for reviewing and accepting the results of the compilation of industry standards established by Decision No. 2416/QĐ-BGD&ĐT-KHCN dated May 6, 2005 of the Minister of Education and Training;

Article 1. Attached to this Decision are the industry standards of comprehensive technical centers - vocational guidance, including:
1. List of teaching aids and technical equipment for forest science classrooms of comprehensive technical centers - vocational guidance (code number: 48 TCN-01-2006).
2. List of teaching aids and technical equipment for flower arranging classrooms of comprehensive technical centers - vocational guidance (code number: 48 TCN-02-2006).
3. List of teaching aids and technical equipment for metalworking and welding classrooms of comprehensive technical centers - vocational guidance (code number: 48 TCN-03-2006).
4. List of teaching aids and technical equipment for refrigeration classrooms of comprehensive technical centers - vocational guidance (code number: 48 TCN-04-2006).
Article 2. This Decision shall take effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette and shall replace Decision No. 1838/QĐ-BGD&ĐT-KHCN dated May 25, 1999 of the Minister of Education and Training promulgating industry standards 48 TCN-01-1999, 48 TCN-02-1999, 48 TCN-03-1999, 48 TCN-04-1999.
Article 3. The Heads of the Office, Directors of the Department of Science and Technology, Directors of the Department of Secondary Education, Heads of relevant units under the Ministry of Education and Training, Chairmen of People's Committees of provinces and centrally governed cities, and Directors of provincial Departments of Education and Training are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
