ISSUING REGULATIONS ON THE PROTECTION OF STATE SECRETS IN LABOR, WAR INVALIDS, AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS

Pursuant to the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets dated December 28, 2000;
Pursuant to the Decree No. 33/2002/NĐ-CP dated March 28, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on Protection of State Secrets;
WHEREAS Circular No. 12/2002/TT-BCA dated September 13, 2002 of the Ministry of Public Security guiding the implementation of Decree No. 33/2002/ND-CP dated March 28, 2002 of the Government detailing the implementation of the Ordinance on the Protection of State Secrets;
WHEREAS Decree No. 29/2003/ND-CP dated March 31, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs;
WHEREAS Decision No. 91/2004/QD-TTg dated May 24, 2004 of the Prime Minister regarding the List of Top Secret State Secrets of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs;
WHEREAS Decision No. 410/2004/QD-BCA dated May 5, 2004 of the Minister of Public Security concerning the List of Confidential State Secrets of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs;
At the proposal of the Director of the Legal Department.
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHING HERETO THE REGULATIONS ON THE PROTECTION OF STATE SECRETS IN LABOR, WAR INVALIDS, AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE AND SHALL ABROGATE Decision No. 1218/LDTBXH-QD dated October 20, 1997 of the Minister of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs on the Issuance of the Regulations on the Protection of State Secrets of the Ministry of Labor, War Invalids, and Social Affairs.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY’S OFFICE, THE HEADS OF THE MINISTRY’S UNITS, AND THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF LABOR, WAR INVALIDS, AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS OF THE PROVINCES AND THE DIRECTLY-GOVERNED CITIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
