BASED ON THE GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 91/2002/ND-CP OF NOVEMBER 11, 2002 ON THE FUNCTIONS, TASKS, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSAL OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE SURVEYING AND MAPPING DEPARTMENT, THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT,
DECISION:
Article 1. ATTACHED HERETO ARE THE REGULATIONS ON THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TOPOGRAPHIC MAPS AT SCALES OF 1:250,000, 1:500,000, AND 1:1,000,000 TO BE UNIFORMLY APPLIED THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY.
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE HEADS OF THE SUBORDINATE UNITS OF THE MINISTRY, THE DIRECTORS OF THE DEPARTMENTS OF NATURAL RESOURCES AND ENVIRONMENT, AND THE RELATED ORGANIZATIONS AND INDIVIDUALS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION./.
