Pursuant to the Quality of Goods Ordinance dated December 24, 1999;
Pursuant to Decree No. 43/2003/ND-CP dated May 2, 2003 of the Government stipulating the functions, tasks, powers, and organizational structure of the Ministry of Aquatic Resources; Pursuant to Decree No. 179/2004/ND-CP dated October 21, 2004 of the Government stipulating state management of product and commodity quality;
Based on the proposal of the Director of the Science and Technology Department.
Amend Article 2 of Decision No. 06/2005/QD-BTS dated February 17, 2005 and Decision No. 25/2005/QD-BTS dated August 9, 2005 of the Minister of Aquatic Resources on issuing industry standards as follows:

Article 1. 1. In Decision No. 06/2005/QD-BTS dated February 17, 2005, Article 2 shall be amended as follows:
- The above standards encourage application at shrimp seed production facilities and green crab seed production facilities.
2. In Decision No. 25/2005/QD-BTS dated August 9, 2005, Article 2 shall be amended as follows:
- This standard encourages application at squid fishing establishments nationwide.
This Decision takes effect fifteen days from the date of publication in the Official Gazette.
Article 2. The Head of the Ministry's Office; Heads of Departments, Inspectorate, and Units under the Ministry; Directors of Provincial Fisheries Services and Provincial Departments of Agriculture and Rural Development with aquatic resource management responsibilities; entities mentioned in Article 1 are responsible for implementing this Decision./.
