BASED ON THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS 1997 AND THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENTATION LAW TO SOME ARTICLES OF THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS 2002;
BASED ON DECREE 161/CP OF DECEMBER 27, 2005 ISSUED BY THE GOVERNMENT PROVIDING GUIDELINES FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS AND THE AMENDMENT AND SUPPLEMENTATION LAW TO SOME ARTICLES OF THE LAW ON ENACTING LEGAL DOCUMENTS;
BASED ON DECREE 36/2003/NĐ-CP OF APRIL 4, 2003 PROVIDING THE FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, POWERS, AND ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE OF THE MINISTRY OF CONSTRUCTION;
PURSUANT TO THE PROPOSALS OF THE HEADS OF THE DEPARTMENTS, BUREAUS, INSTITUTES, INSPECTORATE, MINISTRY'S OFFICE, AND THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT,

Article 1. ANNOUNCE THE LIST OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS ENACTED BY THE MINISTER OF CONSTRUCTION THAT ARE NO LONGER IN EFFECT (ATTACHED LIST).
Article 2. THIS DECISION SHALL TAKE EFFECT 15 DAYS AFTER ITS PUBLICATION IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE.
Article 3. THE HEAD OF THE MINISTRY'S OFFICE, THE HEAD OF THE LEGAL AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT, THE HEADS OF MINISTRY'S AGENCIES AND UNITS, AND RELATED AUTHORITIES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPLEMENTING THIS DECISION.
